Windows binaries updated to vs. 6.2

I just downloaded this package and attempted to fiddle with the C#
code generator using "ragel -A test.rl", but I get the error message
"ragel: failed to retrieve backend function rlgen_csharp". The other
code generation options appear to work. What gives? Is the C#
generator broken?
