options changed in Ragel version 5.14

Hi,

I'm about to release version 5.14. This version contains a change to the 
command line options which may break your build. The host language selection 
options -C -D and -J have been moved to the frontend program (ragel). This 
allows it to work with an alphabet type based on the host language's types, 
rather than mapping everything to C's types. It will also permit the 
frontend to handle future host languages with different lexical parsing rules.
