[PATCH 2/6] Remove files generated by autotools.

Diego 'Flameeyes' Pettenò flamee... at gmail.com
Wed Oct 1 14:36:52 UTC 2008

Remove from the repository the configure and config.h.in files
(generated by autoconf and autoheader respectively).

By removing config.h.in some information is lost (MSC support); to
restore that information, a config.h file might be created
specifically for MSC which only contains its definitions.
